Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati rice, soaked and drained
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 small piece cinnamon
  • 1 clove 1 cardamom Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Saffron milk
  • 2 Cups Boiled veggies (Carrots, Potatoes, Green peas, and french beans, Capsicum)
  • 2 Tbs Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Big Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Eastern Biryani Masla
  • 1/2 Cup Finely chopped Tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
