Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 cup broken wheat
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 medium size potato ( washed and finely chopped)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium size red onion ( finely chopped)
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut ( grated)
  • 1. Dry roast the broken wheat
  • 5. Add the ginger, green chillies, onions and turmeric powder.
  • 8. Now add the cooked dalia to the vegetables and mix well.
