Ingredients

  • 1 hour 10 minutes
  • 1 tsp butter or ghee.
  • 1 tomato 1 large onion for frying.
  • 1 cup chopped mint ,coriander leaves.
  • salt as required.
  • Vegetables 5-6 mushroom,2 carrot,1 potato, 1 bunch broccoli.
  • 2 tbsp biryani masala.
  • 2 tbsp yogurt.
  • little turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp garam masala.
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • little salt.
