I had planned a chinese menu sweet corn soup, schezwan egghakkanoodles & chili paneer for dinner. Pour the egg mixture in pan & Allow the eggs to cook like a normal omlette
Now add the veggies first add carrot, beans and capsicum (in that order). Tasty noodles with the goodness of vegetables tastes yum, with its crunchy texture and taste
Make sure the veggies are not overcooked and retain their crunchiness. Vegetablehakkanoodles is one of the most popular dishes served in Indian restaurants
For the Noodles & Veggies. I added some sauteed tofu to the noodles to add protein to the dish, but feel free to add egg or paneer or anything else to make it more substantial
Heat oil in a pan add onions,veggies saute until transparent in nature then sauces,vinegar,salt and saute for some time lastly add boiled noodles,scrambledegg mix well and serve this with tomato sauce
Be sure to include a lo of vegetables as kids tend to eat veggies alongwith noodles. I do make this at home many a times for her and add a lot of veggies to add to the taste

Add the noodles in boiling water add oil, salt and cook for 5minutes. Add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, salt and cooked noodles mix well and cook for 2 minutes
So I made these delicious Chinese VegetableHakkaNoodles at home. Noodles have been my favorite since my college days and these were definitely on the menu of every outing we used to have
