Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cooked Rice : 1 & 1/2 cups Soy sauce : 1/3 cup Salt : to tatse
  • 1/2 cup Ginger : 1 inch piece chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bell pepper
  • 6-8 big cubes ( firm or extra firm kind)
  • 6-8 big chunks as the size of tofu
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup : 1 and 1/2 tsp Ginger : 1/4 tsp (grated)
  • 1 tsp chopped (optional)
