Ingredients

  • 2 cups florets
  • 3/4 cup chunks
  • 3 medium pureed
  • 1 tablespoon Onion:
  • 1 medium finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 4-5 mins and then drain water and run the colander under cold water to prevent from further cooking of veggies.Keep a side the veggies.
