  • 1 inch piece
  • 1/4 cup Curry leaves- 1 spring Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp (for garnish)
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala- 1 tsp Asafoetida- 1 pinch Kashmiri Chilly pwd- 2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp Dry Chilly
