  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - few
  • 3. In a pan, add oil. Let the oil heat up. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • 5. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell leaves.
  • 6. Add the chopped tomatoes. Add salt and close the lid and allow the tomatoes to cook in medium flame.
