We just called it as fried rice. Now add in Cooked rice. Cook the rice for couple of more mins. Cooked basmati rice - 3 cups. Mixed vegetables - 2 cups ( I have used beans, carrot, Cauliflower). 3-4 pods Ginger - 1 inch Cooked basmati rice - 3 cups Salt to taste. 1 teaspoon Mixed vegetables
