  • 2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Shahi jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bay leaf - 1
  • 1 inch Cloves
  • 1/2 of roasted almond and
  • 1/2 of coriander leaves
  • 5-7 mins Gently fluff it add reserved coriander leaves
