Ingredients

  • 250 g okra
  • 2 cups yoghurt, beaten with
  • 0.5 cups water
  • 10 curry leaves
  • spice paste/ masala
  • 1.5 Tblspn rice flour
  • 0.75 cup coconut, grated (use frozen if you can’t find fresh)
  • 1 Tblspn coriander seeds
  • 1 Tblspn cumin seeds
  • 2 – 3 green chillies, or to taste
  • 0.25 tspn brown mustard seeds
  • 0.5 tspn red gram (toor dal)
  • 1 tspn Bengal gram (channa dal)
  • tadka
  • 0.5 tspn brown mustard seeds
  • 1 tspn ghee
