Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 6 pods of garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 3/4 cups of water
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp urad dhal
  • 30 mins and saute them in a separate kadai with
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 5 mins on medium flame and keep it aside
