Ingredients

  • 10 minutes per batch
  • 12 large cakes or
  • 24 medium size cakes
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, take sugar and water. Mix well to dissolve the sugar.
  • 2. Sift Maida, baking soda and salt together in another bowl.
  • 3. Add sifted flour to sugar water along with cardamom powder.
  • 4 days or serve hot with cup of tea or coffee.
