Ingredients

  • 1 large Potato
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 10-15 french beans
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 2 onions
  • 100 gms paneer
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • or mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 3/4 cup Tomato
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 10 garlic pods
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery ( powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Finely chopped cilantro
  • 1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients given under
  • 2. Add the chopped vegetables , mix and cover the vessel using a lid
  • 4. Add the marinated vegetables and
  • 5. Cook over low flame till the vegetable are well cooked( fork tender) but not mushy.
