Your pumpkincurry is ready. -Pumpkin - cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a wok or kadai and add asafoetida, urad dal, cumin and mustard seeds, red cihllies and curry leaves in that order
While the masala is soaking, boil the pumpkin till it is fork tender, drain the excess water. This is a simple yet flavourful kuzhambu/curry made using yoghurt, coconut and green chillies
