Ingredients

  • green chillies 3
  • curry leaves some
  • 2. cut into your require size
  • 3. add turmaric ,red chillie powder, ginger garlic paste, salt in yam pieces and mix well
  • 3 spoons of water.put in the pressure cooker in medium flame(dont put in the high flame) cooker until 2 whistles come(about 10 to 15 minutes).
  • 7. after heating the oil add cashew nuts
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste,some salt,pinch of turmaric(gives good colour to the curry).fry for 2minutes.
  • 11. then add yam pieces
