You will have to use icing sugar to thicken and sweeten the cream when using Amul. The blue color package of Amulcream is not that great when we are looking for stiff peaks for cake decoration

You need to use heavy cream for this recipe, this will not work with low fat cream like amul. The ganache and the cream whipped to stiff peaks is what makes this cake work without any setting agents
I have tried Black forest cake only once before and the whipped cream did not come out stable since I used Amul whipping cream and was not so sure about the stability
