Today, I wished to share with you the authentic Bengali recipe of ALOOPOTOLER DALNA. As thought, I will compile as much Bengali authentic dishes here as possible
This is my version of making BengaliAloo Parwal Rasa with a slight North Indian twist. AlooPotol Dalna-Potato and pointed gourd curry cooked with Indian spices
I had served these kachoris with the Dum Aloo With Coconut Milk, and we simply loved it, do try this out for a weekend breakfast or brunch and I am sure you'll like it

i love bengali cuisine and often cook recipes which i learned from a bengali neighbour- Aloopotol curry , Beetroot Chops, Bengalialoo and cabbage curry, Aloo Chorchori , Kancha Aamer chutney, are made and enjoyed regularly in my house
heirloom, family / Bengali recipes. The same curry is done with potol [pointed gourd], kancha kola [raw banana] which were done in summer while with cauliflower again in winter
