Rava upma. It is traditionally cooked with the same ingredients as that of Dosa and Idli, which is a batter of rice flour and lentil, but unlike the crisp dosa, Uttapam is soft and spongy like idli
Now add chopped coriander, little water tomake a thick batter till you get a consistency where you can drop spoonfuls into oil (it should be thick than dosa batter)
