Thisis a refreshing, simple low calorie summer salad which is juicy and tasty. Hungcurd dip. Tomato and cucumbers are thinly sliced and spread with yogurt spread or can be personalised with your favourite spread and topped with herbs
¾ cup thick curd / hungcurd / yogurt ¼ cup mayonnaise, eggless ½ tsp pepper powder salt to taste ¼ cup carrot, finely chopped ¼ cup cabbage, finely chopped ¼ cup capsicum, finely chopped ¼ cup corn ½ tsp ginger, finely chopped for sandwich
In a bowl, add the hungcurd, eggless mayonnaise, salt to taste, pepper, Italian pizza seasoning, garlic paste, coriander leaves and ketchup and mix all the ingredients well
