Ubbu Roti is a Rice Roti made with leftover rice and blended with rice flour. Leftover cooked Rice is taken and mashed well and to that is added Rice flour as required to form a dough
A very neat idea to use up the leftoverrotis as well. Heat a griddle, apply the besan paste on one side of the roti/tortilla and spray a few drops of oil on the griddle and put in the roti with the paste side on the bottom
Take a medium sized ball and roll out the half way to a roti and put spread little bit oil and close the roti as shown in the picture and flatten it in between your palms
