Mango Souffle/Mousse

Garnish with mango slices, cherries, sprinkle crushed nuts over souffle and serve. Then un mouled freez mango smoothie in a platter

Put the above jelly mixture, evaporated milk, sugar, mango puree and custard powder together in a blender

Mango Cream Souffle

Take a big bowl and mix in the pulp, cold cream mango syrup cream stiffener and sugar. Turn over in a glass bowl and drop in the mango pieces and just mix it with a spoon
