Now, add the cake batter to the greased cake tin, preheat the oven at 180 degrees C , place the cake tin in the top rack of the otg oven, bake for about 5 minutes (until the cake rises), next reduce the temperature to 150 degrees C and bake further 10 to 15 minutes, or until the tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cake.
