You can pair it with any flat bread or biryani recipes too. I adapted the recipe from SanjeevKapoor's recipe ,there i saw the video and adapted the recipe according to my taste
What I liked about this recipe is that it combines the bitterness of the methi (fenugreek leaves) with the sweetness of the corn, the richness of the paneer, and tops it all off with the spiciness of the garam masala and chilli powder

You may also prepare this biryani with paneer,egg,prawns or mixed vegetables. I first tasted this biryani at Amma's place prepared by Santoshi and she tempted me to prepare this authentic biryani

I love paneer recipes too, and I tried this paneer payasam for the first time and it came out truly very delicious and the smoothness of the paneer with milk n the flavor of cardamom flavor enhanced the taste
