20 paneer (cottage cheese) cubes. 11/2 tsp garam masala. 11 tsp chaat masala. 1salt to tasteCombine the curds, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala, coriander, chaat masala, besan, oil and salt in a deep bowl and mix well to prepare a marinade. Add the paneer, mix gently and keep aside to marinate for 15 minutes. Arrange the paneer pieces on the wire rack and place the wire rack on a baking tray and grill in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 30 minutes
