This healthy tiffin can be made very easily for breakfast or dinner and i was surprised when I made this first time since it tasted crispy and tasty like Restaurant RavaDosa
Enjoy with chutney / dosa podi. My mom always adds Maida / All purpose flour in the batter, but my friend Shefali advised me to use whole wheat flour instead
Take a Wide vessel, add Rice flour,Wheatflour, Rava,salt,Cumin seeds, pepper corns,chopped green chillies, and salt mix with needed water, take care it should not have any lumps
But i usually prefer to have a instant paniyaram and dosa ,So i modified the recipe according to me. In a mixing bowl all above ingredient with some water
With a ladle pour the dosa batter on the tawa from the edges towards the centre. With simple procedure and easily available ingredients you can make a mouthwatering breakfast / dinner for your family members and guests
