The actual recipe calls for finely chopped coriander leaves along with methi and a tbsp of riceflour along with wheat flour, which I have skipped in my today's recipe

in this recipe i have added wheat flour for the consistency of dosa batter. alternatively, you can add maida/plain flour to make it more crispy and white in colour
Then in a bowl take rest of the flours and salt , add water and mix well and bring to pouring consistency and add the stuff in the blender to it and mix well like a dosa batter
