Take small portion of the masala & fill it inside the brinjals,press it well. Stuffed Brinjal. Slit brinjals half way from top like a cross ,do not cut fully otherwise you won't be able to fill the masala
Nellore BrinjalFry. Add the ground masala & brinjals,sprinkle very little water,cover it with a lid. Fry till oil separates from the masala,switch off the flame
A simple brinjal curry ,with fresh coriander. Slice brinjal and soak them in salt water. Remove brinjal from water,add to onions,mix well,cook for two to three minutes
