Curry leaves - as required. Wash and make two slits in the brinjal ( don't cut fully upto stalk ). Stuff this masala powder inside the slitted brinjals with a spoon

Stuff the brinjal with the ground powder (DO NOT MIX ANY WATER). Take 4 large size Brinjals, keep the stem, slit the brinjal into 4 piece. Take a medium size non-stick pan and put some oil and fry these brinjals stir them every 10 minutes and put the remaining gounded powder if any to the curry and let them fry from all sides. REmove from the pan It goes very well with Hot Rice / Sambar Rice / Rasam Rice 4 large size Brinjals, keep the stem, slit the brinjal into 4 piece. 10 minutes and put the remaining gounded powder if any to the curry and let them fry from all sides
