Heat oil till hot, lower the heat & fry the kababs till golden. yam cubed fine 200 gmbesan   100 gmcheese grated  50 gmcottage cheese ( paneer) crumbled   50 gmcream  30 gmpotatoes cubed fine  30 gmdesiccated coconut  20 gmcoriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbspchilli pdr to taste salt to tasteoil for fryingCook the yam & potato with salt & 1 cup water
